You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any outputs before using them in your business or practice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastUp Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing our service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
